Pursuant to Sections 22 and 23 of the Act, retired working journalists shall be given facilities similar to the gratuity specified in Rule 31 for each year of service. If a working journalist has served in a communication establishment for less than five years, he will be given benefits in the same proportion, assuming that he has served for five years.
